These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AutoKonnekt (https://autokonnekt.com), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by AutoKonnekt. For questions about these Terms, contact us at legal@autokonnekt.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you register on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts & security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at legal@autokonnekt.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, billing & credits

Paid plans, trials, and one-time credit purchases are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing or purchasing credits, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the plan or pack you select.

  • Prices and features are described on our pricing pages and may change with notice where required.
  • Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • AI credits are consumed when you use eligible features; unused credits may not roll over unless stated.
  • Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our billing policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Use automated means to abuse rate limits, credits, or trial offers.
  • Generate or publish content that violates platform rules of connected social networks.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose risk to the Service or other users.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — including AI generation, scheduling, and publishing to channels you connect.

You represent that you have all rights necessary for Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. AI-generated output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest captions, images, strategies, and other materials. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

8. Third-party services

Connecting social accounts, payment methods, or other third-party services is subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or account restrictions imposed by external platforms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by AutoKonnekt and its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOKONNEKT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and dispute provisions) will survive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
